3b. What clans were you in after leaving GeNo? I was in YRN and Itami.

3c. Why did you join those clans?
YrN- I joined YrN in 2017 after my short hiatus from PB2 because I heard it was a skill oriented clan and it was very active.
Itami- I joined itami in the summer of 2018 because Arthur invited me to the clan. It was a different experience from YrN since I was able to meet new people coming from all different types of games and talk to them regularly now.

4. Why did you leave GeNo? I was kicked from GeNo due to inactivity.

5. [Critical] Why do you wish to come back? I wish to come back because just by being in the GeNo chat, and playing games like PUBG with its members, I know I can fit right back in. Everyone in the clan is friendly and easygoing, and I want to help GeNo succeed and thrive even more than it has.

6. [Critical] What would you contribute this time that you didn't contribute last time you were in GeNo? Back when I was in GeNo, I wasnt involved with the processes of the clan like being active in chat, and the forums. However, this time, I will be active in most events of GeNo, such as movie night or by playing games with my fellow clan members, and in general just talking in the chat with everyone and having a good time.

7. [Critical] How did you display good behavior in GeNo? How did you display bad behavior in GeNo? When I used to be in GeNo, I wasnt really active at all in the chat or clan ordeals at all, so I cant answer this question.

10. How active will you be on GeNo forums and Discord Chat? Right now, I am active 5-6 days of the week on Discord but I will try to be active in the chat and forums everyday.

11. [Critical] In your own opinion, from the clan's perspective, why should we accept you back into this clan? When I was in GeNo, I didnt really make an impression on anyone because of my inactivity. I am hoping for this second chance to have a lasting impression on GeNo members. I am way more active than before since I am always on Discord and I want to help run the GeNo events.

12. [Critical] By applying to GeNo, you will show the utmost respect to your fellow clan members and leaders, as well as to players outside of this clan. This includes being honest about your application and your answers during each phase, and with others concerning your actions. Failure to do so will result in severe consequences, such as dismissal from the clan. If in any case, you wish to leave GeNo, you must sign out a resignation form to confirm your leaving. If you do not fill it in, we have every right to say we kicked you out of the clan. There are codes of conduct that must be followed if you are going to represent our clan. No, After I got accepted to GeNo, I had family situations going on IRL, which is why I quit PB2 and stopped being in the discord chat at that time. I wasn't able to contribute anything to the clan, and I want to be able to have a second chance to prove that I belong in GeNo.

Do not get too ahead of yourself. Just to clear the air there are no division leaders but there are "game branches" if you'd like to hear more about this and you're interested feel free to message me on discord. One thing i'd like to ask is what other games are you fond of right now? Im well aware that you play rainbow but we're also interested in people who play PUB G and CSGO.

Do you think it would be possible for you to change said behavior, if you see it as prejudicial to other members or people in general? If you don't think it's prejudicial, why?

It's important to note that we do not expect anyone to put GeNo over their personal life. That's simply unreasonable. However I do request, if something were to come up again and you were going to be inactive for a while, that you give someone in the clan notice so that we're in the loop as to why you're not here, rather than just disappearing.

It should already be known that, while I'm fairly easygoing, I'm not always the nicest person. Similar can be said for some other members of the clan, at varying levels of irony and sincerity. However everyone here should respect each other mutually, or their roles in the clan should be questioned. My main point here is that I can often come off as quite harsh in voicing my opinion, because I don't hold anything back. I also joke around a lot and say derogatory things that I don't really mean. Do you see either of these as being a problem for you? Even if you don't feel like they would be now, if you felt like these things were bothering you sometime later on, how would you address the situation?

The first step to solving a problem is recognizing you have one first.
I believe you're on the right path to becoming a more mature person and, overall, a better person as a whole.

I just want to tell you this: GeNo is not the same as it was a few years ago. I thought that was obvious but if I have to say it like this, I will.
Don't expect the same environment and atmosphere the clan had back in '17 and '16. We're much more lax and laid back than we were back then.

I think I'd fit right in because I know a lot of GeNo's members and because we play similar games. I also think I could make a lot of new friends in GeNo since everyone seems friendly. The behavior you should expect from me should be none other than respectful, but also easygoing and funny. I wont become inactive again since Im not as shy as I once was back in the first time I joined GeNo.

I will definitely give a heads up if something in my life happens, so I don't just randomly disappear from the clan. I don't see your style of humor as being a problem for me considering I have a similar taste. However, if I say something distasteful in the chat or the clan as a whole, please let me know. If I felt like something was bothering me, I'd address it in DM's with the person privately.

Thank you, Elitech. As I've been in the GeNo chat for a week or so, I was able to see the chat environment and I have to say that I love the laid back environment that this clan has instead of some of the other clans which are more serious in nature. This is why I feel like GeNo is a fit for me because I want to have people to laugh with, play with, and enjoy time with.

We've known of each other for a while and never really talked, but from the last 2 years I've known you, you seem like a stand up guy. I remember you had a bit of drama with someone in 3T chat, and you didn't allow it to drag on.
