   3. Are you currently in a clan?:  I'm not aware of being in any.

   3b. What clans were you in after leaving GeNo?:  Does Itami count? I never applied to them but I was siphoned into their chat.  I left it about a week or so after Geno merged with Itami because I didn't like being pinged for fortnite constantly from people who I didn't know. I wouldn't say I left because I never applied.

   3c. Why did you join those clans?: n/a

   4. Why did you leave GeNo?:   I didn't technically leave anything. I just left the chat with itami and never spoke to any of them after I was dropped in that direction after Geno closed down.

   5. [Critical] Why do you wish to come back?:  I have mixed feelings about this question. I enjoy people and spending time with others while doing things with them. That being said that's not really what happens because I speak in a way that makes other people want to avoid me. My wish comes down to the premise that either way I'll be there and do things when I can. Increased access to this may be helpful and therefore I applied.

   6. [Critical] What would you contribute this time that you didn't contribute last time you were in GeNo?: I'm the same person that I was so I cannot say I can add anything new.  I have some knowledge in things that are useless but humanistic. My contribution would mostly be in itself membership. I would participate when I can and that may or may not add something. I'm sure enough of you know whether or not you want that sort of person in your conversations or games. As this is you and not "us" right now I will give you the right to decide if you think my participation is a positive or negative net gain.

   10. How active will you be on GeNo forums and Discord Chat?: I'm generally pretty active but I only talk when I think I can add something or am compelled to disagree or agree with someone. I dunno' if I should start conversations because my time in life is mostly spent on anime, manga, and light novels and therefore I'd prolly talk about that or toads.

   11. [Critical] In your own opinion, from the clan's perspective, why should we accept you back into this clan?: I'm willing to hang out and have conversations with people. I'm not going to tell you I'm interesting or knowledgeable but I do know how to type things and I am very willing to type them.  

   12. [Critical] By applying to GeNo, you will show the utmost respect to your fellow clan members and leaders, as well as to players outside of this clan. This includes being honest about your application and your answers during each phase, and with others concerning your actions. Failure to do so will result in severe consequences, such as dismissal from the clan. If in any case, you wish to leave GeNo, you must sign out a resignation form to confirm your leaving. If you do not fill it in, we have every right to say we kicked you out of the clan. There are codes of conduct that must be followed if you are going to represent our clan. Do you believe you can handle this responsibility? Of course, I always do my best for the people around me.

   13. Extra comments/questions:

I did the wrong application at first and wrote a long paragraph about what makes a good or bad player. I'm gonna' just post it here for context about how I think.

I usually look at what makes someone a good or bad person but I suppose I'll talk about the people I'd like to play video games with.  I enjoy playing support players with defined classes of tank or healing. Those who I enjoy playing video games with are people who play games because they enjoy them and understand that the team is just as if not more important than the individual. Being lighthearted, knowing when to be strict or kind, and doing things earnestly because you enjoy them are all parts of what make a person fun to play with. I try my best to build up the people around me and mix advice with praise in order for us as a team to grow not only in our game-play but as teammates who cooperate with one another. A bad player is someone who cuts themselves off from other people, becomes selfish, and blames other people for their problems. It is a player who has removed themselves from the game and claimed a false perfection that drowns out any hope of comradery or progression.

TLDR: Kindness, thoughtfulness, and a desire to grow are the aspects I see in a good player.  A bad player is someone who only puts their needs first and bottle-caps both their own and other's growth.


Also no hard feelings either way. I'm kind of interested in some criticism so let me know! Hopefully I didn't goof up the application format~

Communication on my part --when I was in the clan-- was very limited since I wasn't really in the clan for very long. I try to be generally positive and have participated in Geno Nights (when you used rabb.it as well). My bad behaviour would best be summarized by my consistent urge to not let things be said that I disagree with on a fundamental level without at least noting my opinion/contextual evidence. I'm kind of an argumentative person. I avoid saying anything that may directly offend someone because I prefer discussions/debates over skirmishes though.

I currently play Overwatch, Dota, Tft, and Minecraft. I also have Stardew Valley that I play semi-regularly with a friend.

I have a few games in my library other than those but I don't play them often.

One of the most vital aspects of this clan is to be able to have discussions and disagree with one another without a side being suppressed. I myself am very outspoken on issues and openly discuss them with other members, I think its vital to maintain the healthy culture this group has. So my question for you is how are you going to handle people disagreeing with you on a fundamental level?

I'm going to have a discussion/lightly argue with them. As noted, "I'm kind of an argumentative person." qualified with "I avoid saying anything that may directly offend someone because I prefer discussions/debates over skirmishes though." If I can not have a discussion with them because it devolves (or something like that) then I'll respect that we disagree and avoid provoking them without cause. I'm quite passive-- in any case-- and I generally know when to stop going down a path that leads to destruction.

Generally though, I'll just banter/talk with them. Diversity of opinion is essential to a productive community.

+1 I know how you were in the old GeNo, and you were always dedicated to participate in events, so I have no problem letting you in.
